Journalling is a powerful healing tool if you know how to use it. More than just getting words down on paper, Expressive Writing is a form of self-led therapy. We can use it to heal the past and release ourselves from old patterns that no longer serve. Expressive Writing involves pouring out our unedited memories in a safe and healing way and has been scientifically proven to help reduce psychological pain. As a professional writer, life coach and meditation facilitator, I have been able to learn much about the use of our inner language and I have witnessed the power of Journalling as a way to: • Increase Clarity • Deepen Awareness • Discover Our True Thoughts If you'd like to experiment going deeper with your journalling practice, come along to this 2-hour workshop and find the limitless bounty that's available in your words.
