Take care of yourself x If you're seeking some inner peace join us every Wednesday for a guided meditation class using Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation as taught by the Gawler Foundation. This class is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced meditators. No experience in Mindfulness is necessary.
